Advanced heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions that integrate seamlessly with our mechanical and electrical work.
Overview
HVAC sits at the intersection of our mechanical and electrical divisions — chilled water piping shares trades and standards with our process piping teams, while chillers, AHUs and controls tie directly into the power distribution and BMS installed by our electrical division. Keeping all three under one contractor removes the coordination gaps that usually slow HVAC installations down.
We size and select equipment against a proper heat load calculation rather than rules of thumb, route and insulate ductwork and pipework to minimise losses, and finish every installation with full testing, adjusting and balancing so the system actually delivers the comfort conditions it was designed for.
How The Process Works
Every hvac works contract moves through the same disciplined sequence — so quality is built in at each stage, not inspected in at the end.
Cooling and heating loads are calculated room by room to size chillers, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs and duct routing correctly, rather than oversizing on assumption.
GI, pre-insulated and stainless steel ductwork is fabricated, and chilled water pipe is spooled, in parallel with civil and structural progress.
AHUs, FCUs, chillers and ductwork are installed and hung, and pipework and ductwork are insulated to prevent condensation and thermal loss.
Airflow at each diffuser and water flow at each coil is measured and adjusted until it matches the design figures, not just "turned on and left".
Chillers, AHUs and controls are commissioned against design duty points, and O&M manuals and as-built drawings are handed over with operator training.
Detailed Scope
A closer look at each part of the hvac works scope, and the steps our teams follow to deliver it.

Chillers, VRF/VRV systems and packaged rooftop units are selected against the calculated load and installed with the mechanical, electrical and controls interfaces coordinated up front.

Precision-routed, insulated chilled water piping is drawn from our own supply chain and installed by the same certified fitters who install our process piping, keeping weld and joint quality consistent across both scopes.

GI, pre-insulated and stainless steel ductwork, complete with diffusers and dampers, is fabricated and installed to deliver conditioned air evenly through every space.

Fresh air handling, car park ventilation, kitchen extract and smoke management systems keep air quality and life-safety performance where they need to be, in both normal and emergency operation.

AHUs and FCUs are installed and then put through full testing, adjusting and balancing, so airflow, water flow and temperatures are verified against the design — not assumed.
